Hi,

For some strange reason yesterday I decided to check where the web site for 
University of Nairobi was was being hosted and shock off all shocks I traced its 
home to somewhere in the State of Columbia in the US of A. 
(http://whatismyipaddress.com/ip/207.58.152.134)

Our institutions of higher learning such as the universities especially when 
they are offering advanced degrees in ICTs should at the least be able to host 
their websites.  This is a very concerning issue as it now becomes clear why we 
are producing graduates who are out of touch with the real world.
