Dear all,
Viewed positively, i dont mind transport being linked with telecommunication
and ICTs, technology can actually be used to run a very efficient and
scheduled transport system that would save us a tidy sum, the challenge will
bringing on board stakeholders MOA, MWA, and getting them to see this point,
this is not to say that i dont appreciate the current arrangement, somehow
we need to move to the next level which is managing available resources and
achieving efficiencies , ICT could then have its own Secretary and Transport
a separate one reporting to an overall boss. Another queries, are we going
to have officers in charge of telecoms , ICTs and transport in the counties?
Just thinking aloud
