I believe that we all have a role to play in community policing. Such
threats should not be taken lightly and you should report to the necessary
authorities. Remember that life is not an issue that should be taken
lightly. Seek safcoms help...they should hav  apolicy on such issues and
also from your mum's provider so that it can be double pronged in
approaching it. Otherwise, we keep praying that CCK acts on the registration
of sim cards.
