[kictanet] Death Threat Calls

Listers,

This morning, my mum received a threatening death call via a Safaricom
number. She would have ignored the call, but the caller identified her by
her name.
It's left her worried so much because she doesn't know who the 'killer' is
or what was the intention of calling.

There have been a number of threatening calls and texts and I think they are
increasingly becoming the order of the day, despite the government's
declaration that all SIMs to be registered.

Can Safaricom track who is the owner of the number as it's causing
psychological distress to my mother as well as everyone in the family?
