Kitu kimoja ningeweza kukumbuka kutoka kwa huyu MJ ni vile Safaricom
iliingilia biashara aina zote za technologia ya mawasiliano nchini
Kenya kuanzia kuuza computer, kusajili tovuti, na biashara zingine
ndogo ndogo zilizokua zinafanywa na wanabiashara wachanga ili kujiinua
maishani. Mfumo huu wa kazi uliweza kuangamiza biashara nyingi za watu
wanaojikaza kujikimu kimaisha. Ingefaa kama Safaricom ingeshindana na
makampuni makubwa ya duniani kama vile IBM ama Google kwenye biashara
zake badala ya kushindana na Wakenya.

On a positive note, I love the SWOT team of Safaricom, they would come
up with new products, services, and tarrifs to reinvent themselves
whenever need arises.

I have a feeling that Safaricom's affiliation to the parent company
Vodafone gave it undue mileage in forms of innovation, technical
support, products duplication, and knowledge transfer.

All the same, MJ was God sent for Safaricom
