Hi Bobby,
Thank you for your insightful contribution to the debate. Indeed, the answer lies with an industry driven implementation body, with the several government agencies being enablers. Kenya does not have a single representation to the market, in turn creating a lot of chatter, but without a consistent selling point.
It is my hope that we have this in place in good time to put Kenya solidly in the world map.
