[kictanet] Need for BPO sector re-alignment?

Agosta,

The 3 I was refereeing to are the fully outsourced call/contact centers
(Kencall, Horizon and Ken-Tech - all along msa road). These do not include
captives, ITOs and others whom by the definition are BPOs.
