Thanks Emmanuel, we shall be tackling the issue of Cyber Security on day 6
and your comments are welcome. With regard to Internet access from remote
locations i have been following keenly Chrystal ``Naliaka's`project, (hope i
got the spelling right ) which has received a lot of International
recognition i am tempted to include the expansion of 3 G by Mobile Telcos, i
wonder if Chrystal would be willing to share her achievements on this thread
and if we can get some info on the Pasha centres, in so far as Growth of
Internet enabled conference sessions is concerned i suppose the Academic
community should lead the way in popularising this, (e-learning). Hon Rege
also set a good example for Mps with the recent initiative in Karachuonyo,
more comments are welcome though
