With regard to Internet access from remote locations i have been following keenly Chrystal ``Naliaka's`project, (hope i got the spelling right ) which has received a lot of International recognition i am tempted to include the expansion of 3 G by Mobile Telcos, i wonder if Chrystal would be willing to share her achievements on this thread and if we can get some info on the Pasha centres, in so far as Growth of Internet enabled conference sessions is concerned i suppose the Academic community should lead the way in popularising this, (e-learning). Hon Rege also set a good example for Mps with the recent initiative in Karachuonyo, more comments are welcome though<br>

Well on the issue of bambanet, the only penalty is that you will not be able to use it. So whenever you are in the country it would be useful to walk into MNO shop and get yourself a bambanet simcard or whatever your network calls them.<br>
On to the very useful discussion on the IG and regional space, I guess it may be important to bring onboard the media into these discussions this time round so that these issues can be broken down. I would propose as a followup townhall setting like sessions to help build this case especially as we look forward to hosting the next IGF both as a country and as a region in 2011.<br>
<br>Key issues that continue to dominate this discourse from my standpoint are Cyber Security, Internet Access for the remote locations as well as growth of Internet enabled conference sessions.<br><br>This is a great start.<br>

Many thanks Solomon for your insightfull points notably on <b>IPv6, Registration of Sim Cards</b> and Mass education AKA capacity building, on another note i just realised i havent registered my Sim Card on the Bambanet, will this attract some form of punishment as well?. I have also been looking at an interesting debate on number Portability and its effect on Value added Services. We discuss IPV6 issues for 2 days beginning July 12 to July 13 and i would like to invite you to prepare your submissions for the same in advance.<br>
