I wish the way we are demanding excellent service from the Telecoms, is the
way we were offering services to our clients in our respective fields of
expertise, may we be lecturers, government civil servants, private sector,
e.t.c

Being the devil's advocate, Actually Safaricom is a cut above the rest.

Though we should also push them towards excellence
