McTim,

I totally concur with your ideas.  indeed Tanzania delagates did want an ACTION PLAN with timeframes on workable ideas produced.  Infact at the global IGF level, these often translates into what they call Dynamic Coalitions that commit to working on concrete deliverables that are then shared in subsequent meetings.

Finally, as mentioned by Hon Eng Rege during last evenings dinner, I also see this forum growing in importance in future.  We just need to see how to identifying and address the missing gaps as you are doing below.

And I think KICTAnet/KENIC as the convenors must rise up and address these challenges.
