Michael,

That is a very smart thinking. To add to the cost of withdrawal, people 
living upcountry sometimes spend on transport to access M-Pesa services. 
Maybe Safaricom could create an SMS system where shareholders could choose 
whether they want to be paid in cash OR equivalent in form of airtime.
