The IGF secretariat has posted the list of attending members to this
year's IGF.

We have arranged for Kenya to feature, inter alia, in 2 main sessions.
On the opening day 15th Nov. in the morning, the main session entitled
"Regional Perscpectives" will feature a report on the outcomes of the
2009 Kenya IGF/EA IGF. In the afternoon of the last day 18th Nov. Kenyan
Grace Bomu will be a panelist in the main session entitled "Emerging
Issess", focussing on Social Media governance issues.
