Hi Victor,

I have read your notes and notice you only mention the off the cuff comment I
made on the prevailing lethargy within the industry. I believe I focused on
several other pertinent issues some of the key ones being:
- Need for capacity building
- Need for institutional alignment
- Collectiveness in industry growth
and many other important issues. Maybe you could add the above to your notes?
