Kenya ICT Board will facilitate a BPO/IT Enabled Services *Service Level
Agreement training** course on 19th – 21st January 2009 from 8a.m. – 5.p.m*,
*at Kenyatta International Conference Centre, Nairobi.*

This course is designed to equip participants with detailed understanding of
the issues that arise in the negotiation and delivery of SLAs for ICT and
BPO services such as scope creep, resources stretch, time and expectations
management.

It encompasses skills for developing, managing and concluding contractual
agreements for BPO/ICT related services, including but not limited to :-



1)     BPO services

2)     Call center services

3)     Data/document management services,

4)     Software development and/or animation

5)     In-house agreements between departments, vendors, customers

6)     IT Support and shared-services - 3rd Party ICT service-based
contracts including hardware support and software support
