By the way - for those following up on civil society, I find the definition
given by the LSE Centre for Civil Society at
http://www.lse.ac.uk/collections/CCS/what_is_civil_society.htm to be really
useful.  I think this will help solve some of the dilemmas noted in previous
discussions
