[kictanet] Day 1 of 5 - should we proceed with the discussion?

Bill,

Indeed I debated within myself this question. In the midst
of all the chaos I wondered:

1. Is it possible to remain focus and discuss ICT issues
2. Shouldnt we pause and review the issues after the chaos
has subsided?
3. Are we doing the victims some injustice by talking ICT
as they continue to die?

I notice Brian has already commenced the discussion but
please feel free to call for an injuction of the process
and we shall go by the majority vote.

walu.
