I'm wondering,

Today another article in the Business Daily about high fuel prices
(pg 4)

... this is the 3rd or 4th time that they have used a picture that
indeed show a Total petrol station price display with a high price,
but for some reason is seriously dominated by Florida (F1)

... what prices is the writer/photographer really complaining about?
