Brian a.k.a Chairman, it appears u r breaking ur own rules - I am still searching for the ICT link in this your 'fuel prices' post...

Maybe you should instead tell us where we could get the presentations done during the recent ICT stakelholders forum at KICC.

Meanwhile, for those who have been asking for the National ICT Strategy, I came accross one on the Kenya ICT Board website www.ict.go.ke. But I wonder why no one is shouting about it...
