Dear Alex,
I am shocked that a learned person like you could peddle rumours.  So far
the Kenya Government has spent Ksh. 179 Million on the Marine Survey.  A
small balance is to be paid once the report by Tyco is adopted.  The Ksh.
200 million set aside by the Government for the Survey came from CCK
through normal channels.  It is therefore ridiculous for anyone to state
that a coslosal amount changed hands to facilitate TEAMS.
