Hi Judy, I think it would be fair to first get commercial details directly with Lucy as she pointed out in her reply. I fear targeting just one individual ISP contract may not be very fair.

ICT Consumer Association of Kenya takes on complaints on any one of them that gives the consumer a different service than that entered into contract. We educate consumers to make informed choice but in the end, one makes their decision  from whom to get services.

Hopefully, I am fair to everyone?

 A contract binds, so it will not matter how am paying,but what Alunite will expect is 72k at the end of the year. Unfortunately I dont see how a home user with one PC is going to benefit or call it "cheap"...you must be doing some "serious" business online to accumlate this amount,dont you think so?

 3) this price is for what speed?  32/128, 64/256?, 128/512?
