Hi Judy, I think it would be fair to first get commercial details directly with Lucy as she pointed out in her reply. I fear targeting just one individual ISP contract may not be very fair.<br><br>ICT Consumer Association of Kenya takes on complaints on any one of them that gives the consumer a different service than that entered into contract.
