[Kictanet] e-Govt security questions

Great progress in eGovt. especially http://www.immigration.go.ke/kenyan_ppt.php...however, I came across the attached ppt detailing internet security issues and abuse of the eGovt facilities e.g. a politician's campaign website is on the govt servers ;-)  etc

Security will be a critical determant of the success of eGovt / Digitisation campaign.
