[Kictanet] ICTs4PVR and forth coming events

Dear Bwana PS,
It gives me great pleasure to see that you appreciate the work that 
KICTANet and to a smaller extent KIP is doing. All of the enthusiasm is 
directly related to your openness and support of the work that all the 
members of KICTAnet are doing for Kenya and we'd like to say a big thank 
you too.
We wish the Ministry success with the April 21 and 22 prep workshop and we 
will put the May dates in our diaries and plan accordingly.
