I agree and join FE in appreciating the occasional input from the PS.
It gives us double benefit.
One, it encourages us and assures us that our discussions shall (might?) eventually be incorporated in the National ICT policy and secondly, though quite broad it remains relevant and important...it makes us realise that indeed there is (might be?) some real change in government (after all).
In the absence of a wiling government (e-Leaders), all the technical and human capacity that is widely abundant in Kenya shall go to waste or shall relocate to the west - whichever is easier.

KICTANet and to a smaller extent KIP is doing. All of the enthusiasm is
directly related to your openness and support of the work that all the
members of KICTAnet are doing for Kenya and we'd like to say a big thank

We wish the Ministry success with the April 21 and 22 prep workshop and we
will put the May dates in our diaries and plan accordingly.
