[kictanet] Are Social Media Accounts owned by Public Servants Public or Private?

Dear Barrack,
Define 'harass them" sometimes the same people who are accountable to the
citizens have blocked people from making "hard" inquiries. I think public
figures need not block people for making honest inquiries and if they
amount to harassment, we have laws in place to deal with that.
