Boss. Wrong analogy. I pay my rent for the month. I don't expect my
landlord to tell me my rent has expired before the end of the month!

As for operating costs, please plan ahead and cost it accordingly. Your
lack of planning or understanding of your operating costs should not be the
reason you become unfair to me.

I don't understand why the Telco industry thinks that if they use jargon
we'll all be awed and be ok with it. This is 2022! We are not awed. We are
asking the right questions. And it seems the Legislators are too. Time to
review this archaic rule.
