[kictanet] Invitation to Participate in ' Talk to IEBC'

Many thanks Walu. I suppose Wanjiku is just too confused with this analogue
and digital issues. It is an area that needs to be addressed
comprehensively post this election. I would like to here what our learned
friends have to say about this issue taking into consideration the
Judgement that was made.
