For those in Nairobi, Kenya, it is a great sunny Saturday. I hope wherever
you are, the weather is kind to you.

This Sunday from 4.20 pm, Kenya Broadcasting Corporation (KBC) we shall be
hosting Madam Immaculate Kassait, Kenya's Data Commissioner tasked with
implementing The Data Protection Act.

For those who do not know, Kassait is Kenya’s first holder of the position
with her main role being exercising oversight on data processing
operations, promoting self-regulation among data controllers, promoting
international cooperation in data protection-related issues, and conducting
research on data processing development.
