[kictanet] E-Citizen portal gazetted as government's official digital payment platform

Thanks Alex.

I would imagine by this gazette notice by Treasury, all government agencies
are put on legal notice that e-Citizen is the official payment platform for
government services and it is them who will need to onboard?
