Seems like #Saf suffers from the same ailments like GOK in communicating
effectively? Or were they taking advantage of the situation as citizens
fear gov't? The Chief of Risk Management & Security at #Saf points to
enhancing security but It's apparent even from MJ's interview with #KTNNews
that m-pesa is seeking to transition to be a fully fledged bank.
