[kictanet] KENYA is Not Alone

@David Indeje <davidindeje at gmail.com> i went to a shop on the ground
yesterday. I found out that it is just a verification exercise. However i
also discovered that some of the lines i bought at Kiosks on the streets
were not duly registered hence i saw the sense in the exercise. I think the
objectives of the exercise were not communicated  well from a middle class
perspective, the Telcos used the language the masses understand. I will not
use some of the terms here until i verify if they are on the NCIC list.
