I have no problem with expired bundles, that as you rightly put is like the
case of rotten milk.
If I had downgraded my service plan, I wouldn't be complaining either
cause I should not expect the comfort of living in Runda when I relocate to
Kibera. However, I definitely expect better in the case where I relocate
from Kibera to Runda.
Had those T & C been EXPLICITLY intimated on a move from one tariff to
another, I would not have been complaining either.
