[kictanet] ICANN Board rejects sale of .org and Public Interest Registry (PIR) to a private entity

So many questions around governance still linger non the less I personally
give Kudos to ICANN for the move though some think it should be hands off
such transactions but .org is more than just transaction.

I think the most important outcome of this move by ICANN is that atleast
the chances for authoritarian states to censor .org is somewhat hindered.
Imagine a .org run by a for profit corporations that is subjected to some
powerful state influence.
