Interesting feedback teacher Karis and Ali,

I also got some feedback from local ISP's that are trying to ensure they
provide quality services. While at that @ Teacher Karis, you raised the
issue of training, could this issue be attributed to network
misconfiguration or simply inadequate bandwidth?, i hope our friends from
Safaricom will weigh in as well to share the challenges they are facing in
the spirit of right of reply.
