[kictanet] SIM fraud

Hi Listers

I saw someone complaining about sim swap fraud online. Other than users
being advised to call Safaricom customer service, would anyone know what
the Communications Authority is doing about this?

Also, has anyone ever tried to do a Mpesa paybill reversal successfully.
Seems like the reversal service does not work for payments made to
businesses and well, tunaomba Serikali.
