@watila, due to the nature of the google brand, it has many Registrars
around the world. In some cases due to the requirement for local presence,
international Registrars who have the rights to manage the google brand sub
contract local registrars to register the domains on behalf of google. As
such you are right to asert that some of the Registrars may not necessarily
offer .co.ke domains.
