[kictanet] Facebook "Community Standards£.

I'm curious to understand why the notice Mutemi received says "Warning" yet
the content of the message is essentially an apology from Facebook. Also,
does raising the issue here point to Facebook's internal moderation and
online complaint handling mechanisms within the platform being ineffective,
especially for those who can't get in touch directly with Mercy/Ebele?
