[kictanet] Online discussion on State of Broadband - Policy day

I like the way page 28 of the strategy document outlines policy focus for
each of the 7 thematic areas. However, one cant fail to notice the pending
policies that are critical for promotion of broadband. What is the status
of these documents?

•   Critical Infrastructure

•   Revised sector regulations

•   ICT policy

•   Enforcement of the Copyright Act

•   Kenya Industrial Property Act

We should also have a framework that structures how these policies feed
into each other to minimize overlaps and wastage of resources.
