Hi Eleanor Marchant, the discussion will be held on this mailing list from
23rd April. There will be a physical validation meeting afterwords in
Nairobi with targeted audience depending on the passion shown in the
discussions.

Twahir Hussein Kassim, that is a good observation on laying emphasis on
connecting the unconnected. Question 1 and 2 will discuss those challenges.
Bridging the gap, and policies that promote broadband access.

Thank you Mildred for laying stake on behalf of the creatives. Indeed we
are lucky to have you, and other creatives on the list to lay bare the
challenges faced, and how to counter them.
