[kictanet] DRAKE Letters to CA on the Intrigues at KENIC

The KeNIC board needs to respond to these issues that I raised last week. Continuous silence is not good. This is a critical infrastructure situation and shouldn’t be left to speculation.

For avoidance of doubt I asked:-

1. Why KeNIC stopped publishing for public record and scrutiny Board Meetings which used to be published on its website every quarter.

2. That there was an annual AGM that brought together stakeholders across the divide. This was also stopped.

3. Financial Reporting during the AGM was critical to maintain transparency and Corporate Governance.

KeNIC is a multistakeholder entity which should be run transparently and according to its charter.

In case KeNIC continues to ignore these issues we urge the CA as the licensing authority to step in.
