[kictanet] DRAKE Letters to CA on the Intrigues at KENIC

What is going on?
This is very disturbing. I note with concern the following:-
1. That KeNIC stopped publishing for public record and scrutiny Board Meetings which used to be published on its website every quarter.
2. That there was an annual AGM that brought together stakeholders across the divide.
3. Financial Reporting during the AGM was critical to maintain transparency and Corporate Governance.
KeNIC is a multistakeholder entity which should be run transparently and according to its charter.
Something needs to be done urgently.
