I concur..My point however should not be lost..There are business models
out there (like what Brother Collins is doing) that just need an enabling
environment and not necessarily permission from Government.

I say let's get on with it.. Government will catch up..If there was good
will we wouldn't be discussing this issue right now right? #JustSaying.
