[kictanet] Feedback on New Look CA Website

Hi Gimode,

CA has been a beacon of public participation. Can we have a section where
the public can comment on documents directly on the website as opposed to
having to download them. This will help in creating a record of the
comments received and the Public can be able to note which comments were
taken into consideration. I think this would boost public participation. I
would also echo the sentiments made by June to ensure that the website is
also available in Swahili. Otherwise i concur with the sentiments expressed
by other listers.
