[kictanet] Feedback on New Look CA Website

Nice work done, the GUI looks great, however I advise you to carry out more
tests. I carried out some tests to check the accessibility/usability and it
didn't pass... For instance:you need to optimize some of your images
further and ensure that form elements have labels etc.
