Hi Victor,
I would be interested in a post election audit of issues that arose during
2017 and how they are being addressed.
In 2017 KIGF when issues such as USF were discussed, it was in a spirit of
urgency as the election was looming. With the benefit of time to prepare, I
wonder how measures for better access to all Kenyans are being implemented
if at all.
Other issues on this same theme are the massive digitilisation project by
government where we are moving everything online, data protection and our
content policy.
