[kictanet] Regulator drops plan to split up Safaricom

Friday 5 pm we gather at Christ is the Answer Ministry (CITAM) Valley road
to raise funds towards medical bills of our colleague, the Late Engineer
Martin Obuya.  It will be the most honourable thing we can do to our
departed friend.
