Good discussion Muraya and Kivuva,

Legal frameworks and guidelines are great when public interest is at
the core, in future , it might be good to ensure that that all new
parliamentarians are taken to the Kenya School of Government for a
compulsory 2 weeks induction course on Public Interest before they
commence their work.
