[kictanet] Feedback on the Computer and Cybercrimes Bill 2017

A quick note to update on our submission to Parliament on the Computer
and Cybercrimes Bill 2017. TheCommunication, Information and
InnovationCommittee has now invited KICTANet for a f2f meeting to make
our submission on Monday February 26, 2018 from 10 to 11 am.

Victor Kapiyo (vkapiyo at gmail.com) and members of that working group
will do a plan on the presentation.
