[kictanet] Amend the law to enable end-to-end land transactions

As the ones with grit prepare their long statement together kutetea jamii, the simple statement below on lawmakers and tech is debatable as representative of lawmakers whether on data protection, digitised land transactions, digital elections, e-health, e-education, fintech, name it.
"...Even worse: After watching today’s hearing, I have little faith that Congress can write a bill that protects users and their data, much less agree on one. Wall Street probably got that impression, too. Facebook’s stock went up 4.5% after Zuckerberg’s first day of testimony Tuesday. Today’s hearing also reminded me that lawmakers, in general, seem clumsy around tech issues."

Ali, actually, the lawyers were not disrupted, or were they?
Conveyancing and sell contracts will still remain as before. Maybe I'm wrong.

Hi Ali and learned colleagues,
You know any public participation initiative on land related issues
would end up like Bomas 1 when we were doing the new constitution.
That said , there was and still is need for public participation, i
hope the new CS Farida Karoney can breath fresh air at the Registry.
Thank you Walu for the article.
